Answer: male and without defect
See Leviticus 1:1-10. Poorer families, who could not afford to offer a bull or a ram, were permitted to offer a dove or a young pigeon.
This echoes the sacrifices offered at the time of the Passover (see Exodus 12), where a year-old lamb, male and without defect was to be offered (v5).

Grain offerings and the several ways they can be prepared (e.g. in an oven, on a griddle or in a pan) are discussed in Leviticus, chapter 2. Verse 13 stipulates that all grain offerings must be seasoned with salt as a reminder of the eternal covenant which exists between God and the Israelites.

Answer: To atone for sin
"If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish; he shall offer it of his own free will at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the LORD. Then he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him." Leviticus 1:3-4 (NKJV)
Before a person could come near to God Old Testament law required that his sins be atoned for. This was done by offering an animal in his place which would atone for his sin and reconcile him to God. In the new Testament Jesus became the perfect sacrifice that would once and for all reconcile a sinner to God.

When this is done it is a sin offering. A sin offering was presented to the Lord as a way to ask for atonement for one's sin(s). In this section, according to commentator Matthew Henry, the Lord was displeased with the rulers of that time. This is why he gave them these laws in this part of Leviticus 4.

Leaven and honey because of their fermentation properties represent the corruption of sin and were forbidden to be used in the grain offerings.

The verse actually talks about which animals are unclean, which tells us which are clean by virtue of what's unclean. The Levitical Laws deal a lot with clean and unclean eating. One other example is the divided hoofed and undivided hoofed animals. Leviticus 5:11 tells us that the animals that do not divide their hooves are unclean animals.

The answer was given in Leviticus 19:23-25. Most likely, the first years were to purge any impurity (symbolic) and allow the planted trees to mature and grow. Also the birds would eat of the fruit and disperse the seeds through their droppings yielding more trees to grow. The fourth year was dedicated to the Lord (firstfruits). Leviticus 19:23-5 says, "And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of. But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the Lord withal. And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the Lord your God."

After the time of purification, the mother was to take the required sacrifice of a lamb of the first year, and a young pigeon or turtledove.

Answer: You must not marry your wife's sister while she's alive.
Leviticus 18:18, Easy-to-Read Version (ERV):
"While your wife is still living, you must not take her sister as another wife. This will make the sisters become enemies. You must not have sexual relations with your wife's sister."
(The other translations say essentially the same thing, but with slightly different diction. This is one of the most direct and obvious ways of saying it.)
In Genesis, Jacob was married to both Leah and Rachel, who were sisters, at the same time. It's important to remember that Jacob didn't plan to marry Leah. He was in love with Rachel and wanted to marry her only, but their father, Laban, tricked him into wedlock with the older sister, Leah. Nonetheless, Leah was technically Jacob's first wife, so if he was living during the time of Moses and Leviticus, he would have needed to wait until Leah died to wed Rachel. However, this specific law was clearly not in effect when Jacob lived, which is why I said that it sounds like it was inspired by the two sisters.
The other options are also from Leviticus 18:
Leviticus 18:7-8 say to not have sex with your birth mother OR your stepmother, also known as your father's wife--Jacob's son Reuben was guilty of this one!
18:19 says to not have relations with a woman on her period.
The law against homosexual sex is in 18:22.

Answer: Clean and Unclean
"'This is the law of the animals and the birds and every living creature that moves in the waters, and of every creature that creeps on the earth, to distinguish between the unclean and the clean, and between the animal that may be eaten and the animal that may not be eaten.'" Leviticus 11:46-47 (NKJV)
Listed among the unclean animals were camels, hares, and swine. Only fish with fins and scales were considered clean. Forbidden were things that crept on the ground and birds of prey but locusts, grasshoppers and crickets were considered clean. Not only were Israelites forbidden to eat things that were considered unclean, but if they even touched them they were also required to wash their clothes and they would be unclean until evening.

"And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'The feasts of the LORD, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts." Leviticus 23:1-2 (NKJV)
The Sabbath was celebrated on the seventh day of every week but the other feast were celebrated yearly.
Passover was celebrated for one day to remind the Israelites of their deliverance from slavery in Egypt.
The feast of Unleavened Bread was celebrated for seven days and reminded them of their uniqueness as a nation and their call to a life of holiness.
The feast of First Fruits lasted one day and required that a sheaf from the first fruit of the barley harvest be brought to the priest and offered to God as a reminder of his provision and care for his people.
The feast of Weeks was celebrated fifty days after the barley harvest began for one day in thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.
The feast of Trumpets was celebrated in the seventh month for one day with the blowing of trumpets to express joy and thanksgiving.
The Day of Atonement was celebrated on the tenth day of the seventh month for one day, This was a solemn celebration when the people were required to fast, refrain from any work and to atone for their sins.

Answer: They were consumed with fire from God
Leviticus 10:1,2 - "And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of him his censer, and put fire therein, and put fire thereon, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord."
The brass or brazen altar was the only place the priests were to obtain fire. This fire on the brass altar was never allowed to be extinguished and was fed by the priests every morning. There is also conjecture (though not substantiated) that these two had drunk wine or were drunken, which caused them to err, because immediately after this incident Moses forbade Aaron and his remaining family to drink when ministering in the tabernacle, lest they die (Leviticus 10:9).

Against the command of the Lord, Nadab and Abihu "each took their fire pans, put live coals in it, added incense, and presented it to the Lord." (Leviticus 10.1) The Lord had not commanded Aaron's sons to present this offering to begin with and therefore this fire was not holy. This was considered disrespectful in serving the wishes of the Lord.
